What’s a Rich Text element?

The rich text element allows you to create and format headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, images, and video all in one place instead of having to add and format them individually. Just double-click and easily create content.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.

Hands on Learning is a 54 Reasons practical school program that builds wellbeing, engagement, and attendance by creating opportunities for students to discover their talents and experience success through significant and authentic hands-on creative construction and hospitality projects. 54 Reasons provides training and support for partner schools who become members of regional networks sharing ideas and inspiration.

Who might benefit?

Middle years students in Years 5-10. We encourage all schools who have students who are at risk of disengaging from their learning to contact us for more information. Our model is set up to support ten students at a time. Selected students will learn strategies that support them to shift attitudes and behaviours that have become barriers to success in the classroom, empowering them to thrive and make the most of school, and future training and employment. With over two decades of experience under our belt, our globally-recognised and award winning model has been proven to develop social and emotional skills, confidence and capacity.

When is it on?

One day a week. Hands on Learning offers several flexible options for both primary and secondary schools, as well as our Hands on Learning Cafe which can be run as a school-based entrepreneurial enterprise. We work with your leadership, teachers and staff to build their capacity to deliver the service.
