About the program
54 reasons’ Early Years Hubs are all about supporting Queensland children and families to embrace their right to a strong start in life!
Through our Early Years Hubs in Maryborough and Tara, families with children aged 0-5 can access early childhood activities and supports in one place. Our teams partner with other local services – such as health providers, financial services and disability supports – to ensure that families have access to supports they might need.
Some ways that 54 reasons can support families through our Early Years Hubs:
- Transitions to early education settings and schools
- Connect with local playgroups and activities to support your child’s development
- Helping you navigate services available for your child’s health and wellbeing
- Helping you to access eligible support services e.g. NDIS.
Some sites offer support for older siblings as well.
